In Cornwall, and everything!
When I went to visit my Dad’s family recently, to spend time with them and to scatter some of Dad’s ashes on his mum’s grave, we realised that I’d missed a chunk of my heritage – I have never learned to make Cornish pasties!
So me, my Mum and my lovely auntie Kate put our aprons on and remedied this… and I am putting this in New Thing Thursdays because it was new to me!

Don’t forget Festive Open Studios, on 30 November and 1 December – sadly there won’t be pasty-making, but there will be snacks and shopping! Hop on the mailing list to make sure you don’t miss out.
